my second pressie was for dutchxfan and they asked for a house :) so this is what I came up with!
they asked for a nice spacious house and I came up with a two bedroom, 1.5 bathroom. it has a nice big living space and a family room. there is also space for bits and bobs upstairs and loooads of room for add-ons and stuff :) I chose not to furnish it properly because I was like "omg all the maxis stuff is awwwfullll :||" and I was in a bit of shock when I turned off my CC :P I did plop some things down just to show space. there is no CC, as requested and the lot size is 40x30 and this house is kiiinda pricey at $24,659, but hopefully that isn't too much of an issue :) I swear there is something else I wanted to add but I cannot remember for the life of me what it was :P
