suaper | anybody got any darker skins help?

if you drag the picture up into your browser tab thing you'll be able to see the picture in full mode. this picture is basically unedited. just cropped and blurred out the background a little. but can you see that pixelation? it's so bad :( the skin tone isn't even that dark. i just can't get rid of it. as soon as it goes into simPE it just cracks up again. going mad here D:
